1. Scope
Trial, evaluation, proof-of-concept, and beta access to the Platform ("Evaluation Access") is provided for the term specified in writing, solely for the purpose of evaluating the Platform's features and suitability. Evaluation Access may be suspended or terminated by Efficiently at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
2. Disclaimers and Exclusions
Evaluation Access is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. During the evaluation period, Efficiently provides no support, no service-level agreements, and no indemnification obligations. Evaluation Access is not intended for production use and must not be relied upon for live project operations.
Platform outputs, including any AI-generated content, are informational only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Such outputs are not a substitute for independent professional judgment or authoritative project documents and should not be treated as such.
3. Feedback
Customer and its users may choose to provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback regarding the Platform, including any beta, preview, or evaluation features ("Feedback"). Efficiently may freely use, disclose, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose, without restriction, attribution, or compensation to Customer. Feedback is provided voluntarily on a non-confidential, non-proprietary basis, and Customer grants Efficiently a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to all Feedback.
4. Conversion
Continued use of the Platform after the evaluation period requires an executed Order Form under the applicable commercial terms. If no Order Form is executed upon expiration or termination of the evaluation period, all access to the Platform will cease and Customer must promptly delete all evaluation materials, data exports, and copies of any documentation received during the evaluation.
Note: These terms operate as a policy incorporated by reference into the Master Platform and Services Agreement. Liability cap, governing law, confidentiality, and data-processing terms are inherited from the MSA and DPA.
