The Agents

The team on your project.

These are the leaders. Behind each one stands a team of agents, each trained with the specific skills its job demands, on the project around the clock. And behind them, our people, the Clarity team (Humans), who train the agents, manage them, and work with the leaders to run the team.

Projectagent

Runs the team. Every agent on the job reports to it; it knows what each one is holding and what's slipping between them. It brings you the project the way a good number two would: what moved, what's stuck, what only you can decide. You run the project. It runs the agents.

Emailagent

Your project has its own email address. CC it, and every email on the job is read as it lands: what it says, who it's from, what it changes. Filed to the project. Handed to the agent it belongs to: the date to Schedule, the decision to Decisions, the submittal to Submittals. When a reply is owed, it drafts one; you send it. Nothing to forward, file or remember.

Decisionsagent

Every decision on the job, caught as it's made, on the call, in the email, on the walk, with who made it, when, and why. Three weeks later, when someone says "I never agreed to that," the project already knows. And when a decision is promised and not given, it knows that too. The GC is always on the hook. Now the record is too.

Scheduleagent

Takes every fact the project hears, the framer's call, the walk, the architect's email, the delivery slip, and adjusts the schedule as it lands. Not updated on Friday from what you remember. Live, from what actually happened. You read it; you don't maintain it.

Submittalsagent

Every submittal, checked against the project specifications the moment it lands. The wrong gauge, the missing cut sheet, the substitution nobody called out, flagged before your review, not after the install. And the status of every one of them, live, from what was actually said, not what the log says.

RFIagent

Half the RFIs on a job are never written. The question gets asked on the walk, half answered on the phone, and built wrong. This agent hears the question when it's asked and drafts the RFI from it: the drawing, the spec section, who asked, what they said. A proper question to the architect, not a memory. Asked once. On the record.

Siteagent

Click record, talk, take photos. Who's on site, the punch items, the safety incident, what the framer said about Thursday. All of it recorded, sorted and filed, the daily log, the punch list, the safety report, before you're back in the trailer. You walked it. Now the project has it.

Selectionsagent

On a high end residential job, the schedule slips when the owner hasn't chosen. This agent knows every item on the job, what's selected, what's not, what's on order, what's late, and what each open one is about to hold. The tile that isn't picked is the bathroom that isn't framed. It tells you which one, before it does.

Meetingsagent

Invite the project and it's in the room. Every OAC call, every sub coordination, every owner walkthrough: who was there, what was said, what was agreed, what each person took away to do. Minutes nobody had to write. Actions nobody has to remember. The meeting is on the record before anyone's back at their desk.

Changeagent

Design changes happen. On a high end job they happen every week. This agent manages the process, the request, the drawing revision, the price, the approval, the sub who has to know, and holds every step until the next one's done. The owner changes the tile; the schedule, the order and the invoice all know. Nothing gets missed.

Documentsagent

Files what arrives into your own SharePoint folder, where your team already works. Reads and adds. Never changes, never removes.
