This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Service Terms.

Where a website or surface operates using only strictly necessary cookies, no consent is required for that surface and no consent banner is presented there.
5. Your Choices and Consent
Efficiently currently operates in and targets the United States. We do not knowingly offer the Online Services to, or target, individuals in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, and this policy is written for our current US footprint.
- US / California (and similar state) visitors. Some of the advertising and analytics technologies above (for example, LinkedIn and Google Ads/DoubleClick) may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended). You may opt out of such sale/sharing and targeted advertising, including by using a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal or the "Cookie Preferences" / "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website.
- Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without affecting the operation of the Online Services.
- Provider opt-outs. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's browser add-on, of Google advertising personalization via Google Ads Settings, and of LinkedIn advertising via your LinkedIn account settings.
Note on EU/UK: If Efficiently later establishes operations in, or directs services to, the EU, EEA, or UK, non-essential cookies (analytics, functional, and advertising) will need to be set only with the visitor's prior opt-in consent collected through a cookie consent banner, with the ability to withdraw consent. This is not required for the current US-only footprint but is flagged here for future reference.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. The providers identified in the table in Section 4 maintain their own privacy and cookie policies (Cloudflare, Google, Hotjar, Klaviyo, and LinkedIn), which we encourage you to review.
