An agentic construction company begins with the information its people and agents need to do the work.

Decisions, changes and commitments happen in meetings, emails, documents and conversations. When that information stays scattered, people have to reconstruct what happened, and agents have no reliable context to work from.

Step one is to capture live work as it happens. Start with one part of the business, such as a project or a company operation, and record the questions, decisions, approvals and changes that matter to it.

This is not a digital filing cabinet. The point is to give people and agentic team members a usable record of what is happening, what has changed and who owns the next action.
